8. Right to Withdraw Without Giving a Reason

As a consumer or small business buyer, you have the right to withdraw from any agreement concluded through the website without giving any reason within 14 days of the date the agreement was concluded. This is your statutory cooling-off period under the Consumer Rights Act 2022.

To exercise this right, contact us at info@aharecallhealing.eu within 14 days with the subject line “Withdrawal Notice” and include your order details. We will acknowledge your request promptly and process your refund within 14 days.

Exception: digital content accessed immediately

The right to withdraw does not apply to digital content not delivered on a physical medium where all of the following conditions are met:

  • you have given your express prior consent to AHA Coaching beginning delivery before the 14-day cooling-off period has expired

  • you have been clearly informed that by giving this consent you would lose your right to withdraw once delivery commenced

  • you have expressly acknowledged this in writing (e.g., by ticking a confirmation box at checkout)

  • AHA Coaching has provided you with written confirmation of your consent before delivery commenced

Where these conditions are met, your right to withdraw will be lost once you have accessed or downloaded the digital content. At checkout you will be asked to confirm that you understand accessing the content immediately will result in the loss of your 14-day cooling-off right.

9. Conformity of digital content

AHA Coaching is responsible for ensuring that all digital content conforms to the agreement at the time of delivery. Conformity is assessed in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2022, taking into account the description, purpose, and quality of the content as presented on the website.

Digital content conforms to the agreement where it matches the description, quantity, and quality stated on the product page; is fit for the purpose for which content of that type is normally used; and is free from errors or defects that affect its usability.

Duration of responsibility

For one-off delivery, AHA Coaching is responsible for any lack of conformity that existed at the time of delivery and becomes apparent within two years. For continuous delivery, AHA Coaching is responsible throughout the full delivery period.

Reporting a lack of conformity

Contact us at info@aharecallhealing.eu with the subject line “Conformity Issue”, including your order details and a description of the problem. We will acknowledge your report within 5 business days.

Your Remedies When Digital Content Does Not Conform

If your digital content does not conform to the agreement, you have the right to request that AHA Coaching bring it into conformity. Where AHA Coaching agrees to remedy, this will be done within 21 days at no cost to you.

Where AHA Coaching is unable to remedy, or where the lack of conformity is sufficiently serious, you have the right to request a proportionate price reduction or to withdraw from the agreement entirely. Any refund will be processed within 14 days to your original payment method.

10. Instalment Payments (General)

Where instalment payment options are offered, the total price, number of instalments, individual amounts, and payment dates will be clearly displayed before you commit to purchase, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2022.

By choosing to pay in instalments, you commit to paying each instalment in full and on time. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the agreement.

Failed or Missed Payments

If an instalment cannot be processed, AHA Coaching will notify you by email promptly, provide a minimum of 3 business days to resolve the payment, and suspend access to the purchased content if the payment remains unresolved after notification. Access will be restored upon successful payment.

Default

If you cease making instalment payments, AHA Coaching reserves the right to demand immediate payment of the full outstanding balance and to pursue recovery through the appropriate legal channels under Irish law, including the Small Claims Court where applicable. Instalments already paid are non-refundable upon voluntary cancellation. This does not affect your statutory rights where digital content does not conform to the agreement.

Part C - 1:1 Recall Healing Consultations

11. About This agreement

This part sets out the terms and conditions that govern 1:1 Recall Healing consultations provided by AHA Coaching. It explains the scope of services, the responsibilities of both facilitator and client, and the policies that apply to our work together.

Submitting your consultation form or completing a booking confirms that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms in this Part. If anything is unclear, contact us at info@aharecallhealing.eu before proceeding.

A copy of these terms will be sent to you by email in permanent form following submission of your consultation form, in accordance with Irish distance selling requirements.

12. Important Health Disclaimer

The services, information, and consultations provided by AHA Coaching are intended to support general wellbeing and are educational in nature. They do not constitute medical, psychological, or psychiatric advice, diagnosis, or treatment and are not a substitute for the care of a qualified healthcare professional. Recall Healing is not a regulated health profession under Irish law. No diagnosis is made, and no medical treatment is prescribed as part of these services.

By participating in a consultation, you remain under the supervision and responsibility of your own healthcare practitioner.

AHA Coaching does not provide emergency medical or mental health services. If you are in distress, please contact your GP or another qualified healthcare professional. In an emergency or if you are at immediate risk of harm, contact emergency services (112 or 999) or attend your nearest hospital without delay.

Nothing in this disclaimer limits or excludes your statutory rights under Irish consumer law.

13. Recall Healing Sessions

Voluntary Participation

Participation in Recall Healing sessions is entirely voluntary. You may end the consultation at any time, without penalty. The first few sessions are an opportunity to assess whether this approach and this facilitator are the right fit for you.

Client Responsibilities

  • Attend sessions on time and be ready to engage.

  • Do not attend sessions while under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or other mood-altering substances.

  • Engage openly and honestly — the quality of the work depends on it.

  • Reflect on and work with insights discussed between sessions.

  • Attend consistently; irregular attendance may limit progress.

Facilitator Responsibilities

Your facilitator will be prepared and present at the agreed session time, except in cases of genuine unforeseen circumstances or emergency. The facilitator will offer focused, professional support and guidance. The facilitator’s role is to guide and support the process. The client retains full responsibility for all personal decisions, actions, and outcomes arising from or related to the sessions.

Equal Access

AHA Coaching is committed to providing services without discrimination. Sessions are open to all clients regardless of gender, age, race, religion, disability, sexual orientation, or any other characteristic protected under Irish equality legislation, including the Equal Status Acts 2000–2018.

AHA Coaching is committed to making our content and services accessible to all clients. If you require content in an alternative format or need reasonable accommodation, please contact us at info@aharecallhealing.eu and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

14. Outcomes, Risks & Benefits

No Guarantees

While many clients experience positive changes through Recall Healing, no specific outcomes can be guaranteed. Individual results vary and depend on personal circumstances, readiness, engagement, and consistency. Recall Healing does not promise results in relation to medical recovery, emotional or psychological outcomes, changes in relationships, or changes in behaviour.

Potential Risks

As with any reflective or personal development process, sessions may bring up challenging material. This can include difficult memories, unexpected emotional responses, or temporary discomfort such as sadness, guilt, anger, frustration, loneliness, or a sense of helplessness. Some clients experience a temporary intensification of existing symptoms as awareness increases. Clients are encouraged to seek appropriate medical or mental health support at any time if needed.

If distress arises during a session, the facilitator may pause or bring the session to a close early in order to prioritise your wellbeing. The facilitator will signpost you to appropriate support, which may include your GP, a mental health professional, or emergency services where necessary. Pausing or ending a session for this reason does not result in forfeiture of the session fee. The facilitator will follow up by email within one business day.

Potential Benefits

Benefits may include increased self-awareness, improved emotional coping, greater clarity around personal patterns, new perspectives on challenges, enhanced communication in relationships, improved self-esteem, and a greater sense of personal responsibility and empowerment. Benefits vary from person to person.

15. Facilitator Qualifications & Approach

Credentials

Recall Healing facilitators hold diplomas and training certifications from the Institute of Valeology. Areas of study include the human skeleto-muscular system, relationships, depression and addictions, children’s learning and behavioural challenges, and weight-related issues. Full qualification requires completion of a final certification step through the International Recall Healing Institute. Copies of relevant certifications are available in section ''About.

Approach

Sessions focus on creating a supportive and respectful environment that encourages reflection on life experiences, emotional patterns, and belief systems and how these may influence present challenges. The process may include guided exploration, emotional awareness, cognitive reflection, and practical ‘Letting Go’ tools.

Supervision

In line with good practice standards, the facilitator may consult with other professionals regarding case management or structure. Client confidentiality is always maintained. No identifying details, including names or other personal identifiers, are ever disclosed during supervision or professional consultation.

16. Bookings & Session Format

Booking

Once you have submitted your consultation form via Jotform, sessions can be scheduled through the Systeme booking system available on the AHA Coaching website. You will receive a confirmation email with your session details.

Format and Duration

Sessions are conducted online via Google Meet or WhatsApp video call. Sessions are 60 minutes in duration. Where a session genuinely requires additional time to close appropriately, this is provided at no extra charge.

Frequency and Overall Duration

Sessions are typically scheduled every one to two weeks at a mutually agreed time. Many clients feel they achieve their intended outcomes within 6 to 10 sessions, though some require fewer and others choose to continue longer. The overall length of the process depends on individual circumstances and the complexity of the issues being explored.

Presence of Others

Sessions are intended to be attended individually. The presence of children, family members, or other individuals is generally disruptive and is therefore discouraged.

17. Fees, Payment & Cancellation

Session Fee

The fee is €80 per 60-minute session

VAT: This service is currently exempt from VAT, as annual turnover is below the Irish VAT registration threshold.

A payment link will be issued after choosing the date and time of the consultation.

Cancellation by the Client

Cancellations made with more than 24 hours’ notice will receive a full refund or a credit toward a future session at the client’s preference.

Please note: weekends do not count toward the 24-hour notice period. For example, a Monday 1:00 pm appointment must be cancelled by 1:00 pm on the previous Friday.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will forfeit the session fee. Exceptions may be made at the facilitator’s discretion in cases of genuine emergency. If a client misses two appointments without adequate notice, the facilitator reserves the right to discontinue services.

Cancellation by the Facilitator

If a session is cancelled by the facilitator for any reason, a full refund will be issued within 14 days or the session rescheduled at the client’s preference. The client will never lose a prepaid fee as a result of a facilitator cancellation.

Your Right to Withdraw (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

As this service is provided remotely, you have the right to withdraw from this agreement within 14 days of booking without giving any reason, under the Consumer Rights Act 2022.

However, if you request that your session take place within this 14-day period, you expressly consent to the early commencement of the service. If the session has been fully delivered within the cooling-off period, your right of withdrawal is lost upon completion of that session.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at info@aharecallhealing.eu before the session takes place. See Appendix A for a withdrawal notice template.

All Refunds

All refunds will be issued within 14 days of a cancellation or withdrawal request, using the same payment method as the original transaction where possible.

Late Arrivals and No-Shows

Late arrivals may result in a shortened session, as sessions must end at the scheduled time. If a client misses two appointments without adequate notice, the facilitator reserves the right to discontinue services.

18. Confidentiality & Records

General Confidentiality

All information shared during consultations is treated as strictly confidential and will not be disclosed without your consent, except as set out below.

Exceptions to Confidentiality

Confidentiality may be broken where legally or ethically required, including in situations involving:

  • suspected abuse or neglect of a child or vulnerable person

  • serious risk of harm to yourself or others

  • a court order requiring disclosure of records

Records

Professional standards require that consultation records be maintained. These include a completed Jotform intake form, a signed informed consent agreement, and facilitator notes. All records are stored securely and retained for eight years following the end of services. You have the right to request access to your records under Irish data protection law. For full details, please refer to the AHA Coaching Privacy Policy.

Use of Anonymised Session Material

With your consent, anonymised and de-identified material from sessions may be used for professional development, educational, and promotional purposes, including in workshops, training events, and online content. Before any such use, all identifying information will be removed. No sensitive personal data will ever be used in a way that could identify you.

If you do not consent to this use, please indicate this clearly on your intake form. Your choice will have no effect on the quality or availability of services provided to you. You may withdraw your consent for future use at any time by contacting us at info@aharecallhealing.eu. Withdrawal does not apply retroactively to material already published or used prior to the withdrawal request.

19. Platform & Data

Current Platforms

Consultations are conducted via Google Meet or WhatsApp video call. Where WhatsApp is used, it is owned by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited and operates under its own terms and privacy policy. Certain technical data, such as your phone number, call duration, and device information, is processed by Meta under their own privacy policy, separately from and outside the control of AHA Coaching.

Session content is not recorded by us. All notes taken during or after sessions are stored securely in accordance with the AHA Coaching Privacy Policy.

  • have been informed that WhatsApp is owned by Meta and operates under Meta’s privacy policy

  • understand that call metadata is processed by Meta and is outside AHA Coaching’s control

  • have had the opportunity to read Meta’s privacy policy at https://www.whatsapp.com/legal/privacy-policy

Clients are encouraged not to share sensitive health or personal information in WhatsApp text messages outside of sessions.

20. Age Restrictions & Working with Minors

Minimum Age

AHA Recall Healing sessions are available to clients aged 16 and over. Clients under 18 are considered minors under Irish law, and additional requirements apply.

Parental or Guardian Consent

Where a client is aged 16 or 17, written consent from at least one parent or legal guardian is required before sessions begin, provided via the parental consent section of the Jotform intake form. Where both parents share parental responsibility, both must be informed of the minor’s participation, even if only one is required to sign. It is the responsibility of the consenting parent or guardian to ensure the other is informed.

Parental Responsibility During the Process

The consenting parent or guardian assumes joint responsibility with the minor for engagement with the process, including attendance, fee payment, and communication of any concerns to the facilitator. The minor’s confidentiality within sessions will be respected, and session content will not be routinely shared with parents unless a confidentiality exception applies.

Safeguarding

AHA Coaching is committed to the safety and wellbeing of all clients, including minors. We operate in accordance with the Children First Act 2015 and the Children First: National Guidance for the Protection and Welfare of Children. Any concerns regarding the safety or welfare of a minor will be reported to Túsla, the Child and Family Agency, in accordance with our legal obligations, regardless of confidentiality.

If you have any concerns about a child’s safety or welfare, you can contact Túsla directly at www.tusla.ie.

  • Paid or incentivised reviews intended to artificially inflate ratings

Where we choose to verify that a review comes from a genuine client, we do so by cross-referencing the reviewer’s details against our order records. Reviews that cannot be verified as coming from a genuine client will not be published. Where a review does not meet these standards, we reserve the right to decline to publish it or remove it.

23. Limitation of Liability

  • Interruptions to access caused by technical issues outside of our control, such as server outages or third-party platform failures
