1. Who is this work for?

This work is for anyone who wants to understand themselves more deeply, move through personal challenges, release unresolved emotions, and support their healing in a way that goes beyond the surface.

2. How do I prepare for a session?

Come as you are. An open mind, a willingness to speak honestly, and genuine curiosity about yourself are all you need.

3. What does a session look like?

Sessions are held online and last 60 minutes. I listen carefully to what you bring and ask a series of targeted questions. Together we explore the patterns and meanings underneath what you are experiencing.

4. Is this safe for children?

Yes. Sessions with children are conducted with the parent or guardian, not directly with the child.

5. How many sessions will I need?

Most people find that four to eight sessions is enough. More complex situations may need additional time. This depends on the nature of what you are working with, your openness, your commitment between sessions, and how consistently you use the letting-go tools we explore together.

6. Does this replace medical care?

No, and it is important to be clear about this. Recall Healing does not replace medical advice, diagnosis, testing or treatment. It works alongside conventional medicine and other therapies as a complementary approach.

7. Do I need a diagnosis to work with you?

No, a diagnosis is not required. However, if you have one, it can be genuinely useful, as it often helps us identify the underlying emotional conflict more accurately and efficiently.

8. How is Recall Healing different from psychotherapy?

Psychotherapy primarily works with thoughts, feelings and behaviour. Recall Healing works through the lens of biology and natural law, exploring the emotional meaning behind physical symptoms and the hidden purpose that illness can carry in the body.

The tools used in Recall Healing are designed to reach the root conflict more directly, and the letting-go practices you use between sessions support ongoing release and recovery at a deeper level.
